The problem runs on astronomy-shop. Simulate a fault where the ad service experiences high CPU usage in the astronomy shop application. The `adHighCpu` feature flag elevates CPU usage while the ad container is restricted to a 100m CPU limit, causing throttling, elevated latency, and intermittent timeouts. Inject the fault by setting the `adHighCpu` feature flag's default variant to `on` and applying the 100m CPU limit.
