Description
The problem runs on astronomy-shop. Simulate a fault where duplicate PVC mounts are configured for the frontend service in the astronomy shop application. Multiple replicas of the deployment `frontend` are configured to share a single ReadWriteOnce PVC, causing mount conflicts and preventing pods from starting. Inject the fault by configuring duplicate PersistentVolumeClaim mounts in the frontend service deployment.
