Description
The problem runs on hotel-reservation. Simulate a controller that cannot complete finalizer cleanup after losing its required Kubernetes permissions. A ConfigMap remains in the Terminating state while the cleanup controller logs Forbidden errors because its ClusterRole no longer permits updates to ConfigMaps and their finalizers. Inject the fault by removing the required RBAC permissions and deleting the finalized ConfigMap.
