Description
The problem runs on astronomy-shop. Simulate a fault where the product-catalog service in the astronomy shop application is deployed with an incorrect Docker image. The 'product-catalog' deployment is mis-configured to pull the non-existent image 'app-image:latest'. Inject the fault by modifying the deployment to use the incorrect image tag.
