Description
The problem runs on astronomy-shop. Simulate a network fault where the recommendation service uses internalTrafficPolicy Local while its only pod and the frontend caller run on different nodes. The service has no local endpoint on the frontend node, so recommendation calls time out even though all pods remain Running and Ready. Inject the fault by enabling the Local traffic policy and pinning the recommendation and frontend deployments to different worker nodes.
