Description
The problem runs on fleet-cast. Simulate a fault where a Kubernetes operator uses the wrong update strategy for deployments. The TiDBCluster custom resource specifies an invalid update strategy, causing deployment updates to fail or get stuck. Inject the fault by configuring the operator to use an inappropriate update strategy for the application workload.
